Practical learning for young people who are ready to take their next step, organised around three simple ideas: learn, work, create.
Practical skills. Lifelong possibilities.
There's no single route out of unemployment, so we don't offer a single course. Instead, LookUp SA brings together the skills, tools and guidance young people most often miss after school, and helps them build the habit of learning that will carry them through whatever comes next. What we can offer at any time depends on the partners, sponsors and volunteers who stand with us. That's why our programme grows and changes, and why every partnership matters.

Mentors and guidance
Skills are easier to learn when someone believes in you. Our mentors and facilitators guide young people through career choices, help them navigate pressures in their communities, and hold them to the standard they're capable of. Many of the lessons that matter most, like how to carry yourself or what to do after a rejection, are learned in conversation, not in a classroom.
